Halibut with Cherry Tomatoes

Ingredients
4 Halibut fillets1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved1 Tbsp capers1 tbsp fresh oregano, chopped1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar2 tsp olive oilsalt and pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 450 F.

In a bowl mix cherry tomatoes, capers, oregano, some black pepper, balsamic vinegar and 1 tsp oil.

Salt and pepper halibut filets. Sear in a hot, oven safe skillet for 3 minutes per side (less if thin fillets). Place tomato mixture around fish and cook in hot oven 5 or 6 minutes until fish is medium-medium well.

Serves 4.
