16 tbsp Tahini, Organic Nut Butter (by NIRO_DAN) 5 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar, Bragg's Organic 2 tsp Erythritol Sweetener (by JULIA_211) .75 tsp Baking Soda 0.75 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt (by WJHUNTER)
In a Vitamix and Cuisinart pulse together tahini and eggs until very smooth
Add in apple cider vinegar and swerve
Add the baking soda and salt
Transfer batter to pan greased with coconut oil
Bake at 350° for 35 – 45 minutes depending on your oven.
Serving Size: make 6 hamburgar bunlets (three sets of 2 buns), and 4 mini-springform pans (split for sandwich)
