5 clove Garlic 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 pepper Jalapeno Peppers 12 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 2 serving Knorr chicken flavored boullion cube 2.50 serving Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies (RoTel) 6 tbsp Lime Juice, juice of 1 lime 100 grams Cilantro, raw 4 serving Pork Neck Bones 1 neckbone
Brown bones in olive oil.
Add smashed garlic cloves.
Add water and boullion.
Add diced tomatoes and jalapeno peppers
Simmer for 1-2 hours
Strain and pick bits of meat of neck bones to put back in both.
Serve over diced avacado (adds calories, but oh so good) and juice of 1/2 lime.
Garnish with cilantro
