.5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil .5 tbsp Pompeian Gourmet Red Wine Vinegar 1tbsp .13 tsp Pepper, black 1 dash Salt .5 cup Chickpeas (garbanzo beans) .125 cup Trader Joe's Fire Roasted Red Peppers 1 serving Mezzetta Pitted Greek Kalamata Olives (4 olives in a serving) .5 serving Cucumber, Fresh (1 Cup Sliced) .5 serving Cheese - Feta, Crumbled - Treasure Cave x 1/4 Cup
Directions
1. Combine oil, vinegar, salt & pepper
2. Add chickpeas, bell peppers, olives and cucumber
3. Top with cheese and dill weed.
