Ingredients: • Cabbage, fresh, 1 cup, chopped • Broccoli, fresh, 1 stalk • Ripe Tomatoes, 1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia)• Vegetable Juice Cocktail (V8), 1 cup• Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 2 cup• Baby Carrots, raw, 3 large • Cilantro, raw, 3 tbsp • Basil, 2 tbsp • Pepper, red or cayenne, .25 tbsp
Directions
slice veggies and pour in broth and v8. simmer until veggies are ttender.
