8.0 oz french bread cubed2.0 cup skim milk0.5 tsp Salt1.0 tsp Cinnamon, ground1.0 tsp Vanilla Extract2.0 cup Reduced Calorie Pancake Syrup5.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw6.0 tsp Granulated Sugar
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Prepare a 9x13 pan and drizzle 1/2 cup of syrup on bottomof pan. Place in bread cubes. In bowl beat eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon, salt, and vanilla until combined and pour over the bread. Press bread down to assist the soaking up of egg mixture. Drizzle remaining 1/2 cup syrup over top and bake 35-45 minutes.
