Ingredients
32 oz Turkey - 99% Fat Free - Jennie O Extra Lean Ground Turkey Breast 3 cup Birds Eye Pepper Stir Fry green/red/yellow pepper/onions 400 gram(s) TJ’s Sprouted Brown Rice - One Bowl (by YOGATICHA) 3.25 cup Hunt's Fire Roasted Diced Tomato 4 oz diced green chilis, 1can (by LYNNRJ1) 1.75 cup Beans, black 1.75 cup kernels Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen 1.5 tbsp Chili powder 1.5 tsp Garlic powder 1.5 tsp Cumin seed .25 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne
Directions
Brown meat, cook rice in rice cooker. Add peppers and onions to meat and saute until tender. Add rice and simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients and heat through.
