Chicken Coleslaw

Cabbage, fresh, 1 head, large (about 7" dia) Carrots, raw, 2.5 cup, grated Chicken Breast, Boneless/skinless(40 ounce bag)Garlic, 5 clove Splenda 1/2 cupGranulated Sugar, 1/4 cup *Fish Sauce, 3 tbsp *Extra Light Olive Oil, 3 tbsp *Lemon Juice, .25 cup Jalapeno Peppers, 2 pepper Fresh red Chili Pepper, (your preference) Onions, raw, 1 large cilantro (1 cup or so chopped)black pepper to tasteMakes approx. 10 - 2 cup servings
Boil chicken until thoroughly cooked.
Chop cabbage and cilantro, grate carrots and shred chicken and put into a large bowl.
Put all other ingredients into another bowl and mix well. Pour over cabbage mixture and mix very well. Refrigerate and enjoy.
