1/2 cup Yellow Cornmeal 1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour 1 1/2 tsp Baking Soda 1 tsp Salt 1 Egg white 1/2 cup Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla 1/4 cup Applesauce, unsweetened 1 tbsp Honey 1 tsp Flaxseed
Directions
Mix all dry, then add wet, stir, divide into 6 muffins. Bake 425 for 15 minutes until lightly browned
