8 oz Goat Cheese, Semisoft 1 tsp Oregano, ground 1 tsp Thyme, ground 16 tbsp Daisy Light Sour Cream 4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 serving dried mustard 8 serving Jennie-O Mild Turkey Breakfast Sausage Lean, 2 0z 1960 grams Summer Squash 1450 grams Potato, raw 2 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" Sweet peppers (bell) 2 large Onions, raw
Thin slice vegetables and mix well with oil, salt and pepper with your hands. Brown sausage, turn off heat and add sour cream, cheese and herbs mixing well. Mix all together very well then place in baking dish. Bake 375 covered for 30 min. Uncover and bake til tender.
