2 sweetpotato, 5" long Sweet potato 2 cup Beans, Goya Dry Red Kidney Beans 16oz/454gm Bag ( (by LIMASTAR) 1 tbsp Canola Oil 2 serving Garlic - minced (1 tsp) (by ELLERCADE) 3 tbsp Kraft Zesty Italian Salad Dressing 2 serving Herb Ox Sodium Free Chicken Bouillon Instant Broth & Seasoning 1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap butter3 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, salted
Soak beans in water over night.
heat oil and garlic, add crushed red pepper flakes to taste
ass beans and water
peel potato and dice into 2 inch cubes
add water and boullion and Italian dressing.
bring to boil then simmer 30 min or until cooked through.
