Ingredients
1.5lb Beef, sirloin roast, trimmed 12oz bag Great Value Egg Free Wide Pasta Ribbons 1Tbsp Tony Chachere's Brown Gravy Mix 0.5 tsp Zatarains Creole Seasoning 2 tsp Garlic Select Minced Garlic 1 tsp Weber Steak and Chop Seasoning 1Tbsp French's Worcestershire Sauce Reduced Sodium4 Tbsp Daisy Sour Cream 2 cup Fresh Mushrooms
Directions
Trim all visible fat from beef roast.
Add roast, Creole seasoning, minced garlic, steak and chop seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, mushrooms and 1/2 cup of water to pressure cooker and cook for 30 minutes.
While meat is cooking, boil pasta according to package instructions.
When pasta is cooked, drain water and then return pasta to pot.
When the meat is finished cooking, depressurize pressure cooker and remove lid.
Add brown gravy mix to pressure cooker and bring liquid inside to a boil, stirring frequently.
Once gravy thickens, add contents of pressure cooker to the pot with the pasta and stir until mixed evenly.
Add 4 Tbsp of sour cream to pot and stir until it is all throughout the pasta.
Serve.
