Angel Food Pudding Cake

1 8" Sugar Free Angel Food cake, cut into bite sized cubes1 box sugar free vanilla pudding1 small can crushed pineapple2 cups strawberries, sliced1 small container fat free cool whip2.5 c. skim milk
Cut the cake into cubes and sprinkle over half in the bottom of a 9x13 dish. Open and drain the pineapple, reserving about 1/4 c. of the juice. Mix the pudding mix with the milk and the 1/4 c. of pineapple juice. Add one cup of the cool whip.
Spread enough of the pudding mixture to cover the top of the cake cubes. Put a thin layer of the strawberries on top. Repeat layers one more time and top with the remainder carton of cool whip.
Makes approx. 14 large servings.
