Pumpkin Oat Breakfast Bars (vegan)

Ingredients
3.5 cup Pumpkin, canned, without salt (1 LG can 28 oz)3 cup Quaker Oats - Quick 1 Minute - Dry3 cup Oats, regular12 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)4 tbsp Canola Oil1.25 cup Pumpkin seeds2 cup, packed Raisins12 tbsp Rogers Golden Syrup3 to 4 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
Directions
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Spread on 3 parchment lined baking sheets and bake for 30 minutes at 375. When cool, cut into squares with a pizza cutter. Note: I make a huge batch because I portion them, individually wrap and freeze for easy breakfast on the go. You could halve the recipe.
