Keto Ham Egg & Cheese cups

Ingredients
6 large Egg, Beaten6 tbsp Kraft Old Cheddar Cheese Shredded6 pieces Natural selections Black Forest ham deli meat, cut in half2.5 tsp Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard 1 tsp CONDIMENTS - Louisiana Hot Sauce (by JSTARGAZER) 1 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk) 2 tbsp Butter, salted Salt Pepper, black
Directions
Preheat oven to 350
Grease six cups in a muffin tin with butter. Lay two halves of ham in each cup, forming a cup for the filling. Place a tbsp of cheese at the bottom of each cup. Whisk eggs. Add in green onion, Dijon, hot sauce s&p. Mix well. Pour in ham & cheese cup, distributing evenly. Bake 25-35 min. Enjoy
