Soup: Chili con Carne

Ingredients
1 pound 99% fat-free ground chicken breast1 cup diced onion4 minced garlic2 Tbsp. canned diced green chilies4 tsp Better than Bullion beef base2 Tbsp. chili powder 1 Tbsp. cumin powder1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes1/2 tsp dried oregano 1 tsp salt1/2 tsp black pepper 15 oz. can petite diced tomatoes with liquid 3 oz. tomato paste 2 cups water1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions
1) Brown meat with onion over medium low heat until water has evaporated and it is starting to brown.
2) Stir in garlic, green chilies, bouillon and dry seasonings and heat until fragrant.
3) Stir in remaining ingredients, cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Add water as necessary.
