Ingredients
1 head, medium (5-6" dia) Cauliflower, raw 2 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup 0.15 tsp Natierra Himalayan coarse pink salt 1.1 tsp Pepper, black 2 oz Madame Chevre Fine Herbs Soft Goat Cheese 3 clove Garlic 1 tbsp Italian herb blend1 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Directions
Prepare cauliflower for crust by grating placing in microwave for 5 minutes allow to cool and place in cloth to wring out liquid making it as dry as possible... place all ingredients into a bowl and mix well... place on lightly greased wax paper and mold evenly into desired shape. Bake at 400 for 15 to 20 minutes Serving Size: Makes 1 - 11 inch crust
