Lobster Roll

Ingredients
32 oz Maine Lobster (steamed or boiled, meat only) (by 2-14-13) .5 cup Mayonnaise, regular (mayo) .25 cup, chopped Scallions, raw 1 tbsp Celery, raw 1 fl oz Lemon Juice .5 tsp Salt .25 tsp Hot Pepper Sauce 4 serving Shaws Light Top Sliced Frankfurter Hot Dog Roll (by KAFRAZIER)
Directions
Mix all ingredients except roll and chill until ready to use.

Lightly toast opened roll and fill with lobster mixture.

Serving Size: Makes six 3/4-cup lobster rolls
