Black Bean Brownies

Ingredients
1 can rinsed, drained black beans3 eggs3 T. applesauce1/4 c. cocoa powderpinch salt1 t. vanilla1/4 c. + 2 T. Splenda/sugar mix1 t. instant coffee1/2 c. mini chocolate chips
Directions
Put all ingredients, but chips into blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a sprayed 8x8 pan. Sprinkle chips over the top and bake for 30 minutes or until top is dry.
Cool complelety before cutting.
Cut into 25 brownies
