Low-Fat Crockpot Chicken and Mushrooms

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces1 10.5 oz. can 98% fat -free Cream of Chicken Soup1 10.5 oz. can 98% fat -free Cream of Mushroom Soup1 4 oz. can of mushroom pieces3/4 cup low-fat sour cream1/2 cup white wine
1. Defrost chicken and cut into bite-size pieces.
2. In a bowl, mix both soups with 1/2 cup of white wine until smooth.
3. Put chicken in Crockpot and add soup mixture.
4. Add mushrooms and mix lightly.
5. Set crockpot to low and cook approximately 6-8 hours.
6. One half-hour before serving, add sour cream and let simmer another half-hour.
7. Serve over brown rice with a vegetable on the side.
