Ingredients
4 oz Tuna Chicken of the Sea Chunk Light 0.3 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 clove Garlic 0.3 cup Bob's Red Mill Almond Meal/Flour (1/4 cup is 28g) 0.15 cup, chopped Onions, raw 3 tbsp Mayonnaise, Hellmans Real Mayo 1 tbsp Parsley, dried 1 tsp Sea Salt McCormick 2 tbsp Lemon juice 0.25 tsp Old Bay Seasoning4 oz Tuna Chicken of the Sea Chunk Light 4 oz Tuna Chicken of the Sea Chunk Light 4 oz Tuna Chicken of the Sea Chunk Light
Directions
Mix all ingredients and form into patties. Heat coconut oil in a large skillet. Once heated add patties and cook until golden brown on each side, approximately 5 minutes per side. Serving Size: Makes 12 1/4 cup patties.
