Farmers' Market Squash Saute (Kraft Foods)

Ingredients
2 Zucchini, sliced2 yellow squash, sliced2 cloves garlic, minced1 tbsp. olive oil1/2 cup mozzarella cheese2 tbsp. fresh basil2 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
Directions
Cook zucchini and squash in hot oil in large skillet on medium heat 3 mins., stirring occasionally. Add garlic; cook 3 mins. or until veggies are crisp-tender.

Remove from heat; stir in mozzarella and basil. Sprinkle with Parmesan.

Makes 4 servings; 3/4 cup each.
