Tomato, chicken and Cheese stuffed peppers

Ingredients
30 gram Compliments spinach dip 1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2- Sweet peppers (bell) 0.75 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 5 gram(s) california sundried tomatoes in oil (by AGGIEKBEAR03) 2 serving Laughing Cow Light Creamy Swiss Original Cheese (Serving = 1 wedge) 4 tbsp chopped Onions, raw 0.75 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
Directions
Cook chicken.

Mix all ingredients together, reserving 1/3 of the cheese for the top

Stuff peppers, top with cheese and bake at 350 for 28-25 minutes, or until desired tenderness is reached.
