Turkey muffins

Ingredients
1lb ground turkey6 baby carrots1/2c dried cranberries1 egg1 slice bread1 tbsp rosemary2 tbsp ground flaxmeal
Directions
In a bowl, all ingredients except the carrots and bread. Crumble bread over contents. Use a peeler to get thin shreds of carrot (I used baby carrots because that's what was in the fridge). Mush together and drop into a muffin pan.

Bake at 350F for 40-45 minutes.

Makes 6.
