1 cup Whole Wheat Flour .75 cup Oats (quick-cooking, or pulsed in blender) .5 cup Buckwheat Flour .25 tbsp Xanthan Gum 1 tsp Baking Soda .5 cup Butter, salted .5 cup, packed Brown Sugar 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 6 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 1 cup Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate Chips
Directions
