Low Calorie Banana Bread Muffins

Ingredients
5 medium bananas, very ripe2 cups white flour2 1/2 Tbsp unsweetened applesauce2 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract 1/2 tsp Salt 3/4 cup Honey 2 1/2 tsp Baking Soda 2.5 tsp Baking Powder 3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 5 Tbsp 2% MIlk
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°. Grease muffin pan or put muffin papers in each cavity.

Peel and mash bananas in a large mixing bowl. Add all remaining ingredients and gently mix by hand until smooth.

Spoon 1/4 cup of batter into each cavity of the muffin pan.

Cook about 20 minutes - or until golden brown.
