1 pound boneless/skinless chicken breast, cooked & shredded 1 cup salsa 2 hard-boiled eggs, finely chopped 1/2 cup low fat sour cream 1/4 cup light mayonnaise 2 tbsp finely chopped onion 1 tsp grated lime peel 1/2 tsp chili powder 1/4 tsp cuminLettuce Leaves
Combine all ingredients except lettuce leaves. Mix well.
