Homemade Pancake Syrup

Ingredients
1/2 cup Butter, salted 2/3 cup Splenda No Calorie Sweetener 1/4 cup Heavy Whipping Cream 1/4 cup Water 1 tsp Cider Vinegar 1 tsp Baking Soda 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
Melt butter, then add sweetener, cream, water, vinegar. Stir to combine, bring to a boil and let boil one minute. Remove from heat and add baking soda and vanilla. Mixture will foam which eventually forms a skin you can stir back in. Keeps in the fridge for about 2 weeks. For maple syrup, add 1/4 tsp maple extract.
