Low Carb Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients
16 tbsp Open Nature Old Fashioned Peanut Butter-100% Natural (by YOSHIKO62) 24 serving Stevia in the Raw 1 serving Lucerne Grade AA Large Eggs (by SHAUNNA_JOY) 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350.

2. Mix all the ingredients together.

3. Use a spoon to scoop up dough and roll into 12 balls. Place on a cookie sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Press down with a fork in the familiar fork pattern (#).

4. Bake for about 10-12 minutes until they feel firm to the touch. Cool then take off the cookie sheet and enjoy.
