Bailey's Brownies

Ingredients
½ cup cocoa½ cup flour½ tsp baking powder¼ tsp salt¾ cup sugar6 tbsp canola oil1 tbsp vanilla1 tbsp Homemade Egg Replacer powder (or Ener-G)½ cup Bailey’s Original Coffee Creamer (https://baileyscreamers.ca/Home/IrishCream)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F and line a 9x9 baking dish with greased foil.
Mix together dry ingredients - cocoa, flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
Mix sugar and oil.
Add vanilla, eggs and creamer, mixing well.
Gently stir in the dry ingredients. Do not beat.
Bake at 350° for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick can be removed with moist crumbs.
Allow brownies to chill overnight before cutting.
