My Apple Grape Chicken Salad

Ingredients
1.5 lb Boneless Skinless Chicken breast1 cup light mayonnaise40 Red seedless grapes1 large apple
Directions
Cook the chicken however you prefer. I usually grill them or boil. Shred the chicken and put in a large mixing bowl. I slice the grapes in half, and add them to chicken along with 1 large apple diced. Add the mayo and mix! Salt & Pepper to taste. I served this on toasted whole wheat bread.

Makes appox 11-12 sandwichs.
