2/3 c. whole wheat flour2/3 c. all purpose flour3/4 tsp. salt1/2 tsp baking soda1/4 tsp baking powder5 1/3 tbsp smart balance light1/3 c. splenda1/3 c. sugar2 medium eggs (lightly beaten)3 ripe bananas mashed
whisk first 5 ingredients together thoroughly. In separate large bowl beat on high until lightened in color and texture the butter and sugar. Next, beat flour mixture into the sugar mixture gradually until the consistency of brown sugar. beat in eggs. FOLD in bananas until combined. put in loaf pan and bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes until toothpick inserted comes out dry.
