Blackberry Cobbler

Ingredients
4 cup Blackberries, fresh 1 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 0.75 cup Granulated Sugar 3 tbsp Butter, salted 0.25 cup Egg whites, Naturegg Simply Egg Whites, 1/4 cup = 2 egg whites
Directions
Preheat oven to 375. Mix flour, sugar, and egg whites. Put blackberries in a 9 by 13 inch dish. Sprinkle mix over blackberries. Melt butter and drizzle over the whole dish. Bake for 35 minutes.
