FRESH SALMON FILLET WITH PIN BONES REOMOVED. PLACE SALMON ON HEAVY DUTY FOIL, PLACE SLICED ONIONS AND LEMON ALONG THE FILLET, GRIND PEPPER OVER THE TOP ADD SPRIGS OF DILL. PULL UP FOIL TO WRAP AND FOLD TIGHTLY ACROSS TOP AND FOLD UP ENDS. PLACE SEAM SIDE DOWN ON PREHEATED GRILL OVER MEDIUM COALS OR GAS GRILL AND COOK FOR SEVEN MINUTES TURN OVER AND COOK FOR ANOTHER EIGHT MINUTES. UNFOLD BEING CAREFULL OF STEAM AND ENJOY WITH GINGER RICE AND A SIDE OF COLE SLAW.
