1 Whole Pineapple, fresh1 cup Cottage Cheese. (Nutrition based on 4% milk fat)
Directions
Cut the pineapple into chunks and freeze. In a food processor combine the pineapple and the cottage cheese (you may need to separate into two batches). Blend until smooth and ice cream like.
