1.0 1tsp Olive Oil3.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw2.0 tbsp Green Peppers (bell peppers)2.0 tbsp chopped Onions, raw0.1 cup Mushrooms, canned1.0 serving Kraft Singles American Cheese
Add olive oil to a pan
Add the onions,mushrooms and bell peppers to the pan and cook for 1 minute
Whisk eggs with the milk in a bowl then add it the vegis in the pan and let it cook
Flip to cook the other side.
Add the cheese and fold the omelette on the plate
Enjoy!
