2 tbsp Butter, salted 1 tbsp Olive Oil 3 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh .5 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whip Heavy Whipping Cream 4 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, shredded 2 oz Cream Cheese 1 tbsp Italian Spice (by SLIDOG) 4 clove Garlic 1 tsp Salt .5 tsp Pepper, black 2 tbsp Parsley
Directions
Melt Butter and EVVO
Add mushrooms and garlic - Saute
Add HC, Parm, CC, Seasonings
Stir until hot and bubbly
Garnish with Parsley
