588 grams Zucchini 2 medium Summer Squash 2 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil 2 large Onions, raw 3 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" lon Celery, raw 7 serving Tomatoes, Roma, Fresh, 1 Med 1 tsp Pepper, white 0.25 tsp Seasoning, Tony Chachere's, The Original Creole Seasoning (1/4 tsp, 1g) (by SPARKYWATSON) 2 dash Salt
Chop 1 onion into wedges
Chop zucchini(3) and summer squash, tomato into cubes
Add 2 tbsp of oil into pan and allow it to heat a little. Add chopped onions and allow them to brown.
Blend 2nd onion with celery and add to pan with chopped tomatoes and spices. Let cook for about 10 mins or at moderate temperature. Add chopped zucchini and squash and allow to cook for about 20mins or until done.
Serving Size: Makes 6 1-cup serving
