Ingredients
1.25 cup Whole Wheat Flour 1.75 cup Flour, white 1.25 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1 tsp Granulated Sugar 0.5 tsp Salt 0.25 cup Corn Oil 1 ounce Yeast, bakers 2 oz Great Value Turkey Pepperoni 1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 2 tbsp Peppers, sweet, red, fresh 2 cup Cheese - Mexican Blend - 2% - 4 Cheese - Shredded - Kroger 8oz pastorelli pizza sauce
Directions
Mix flour, sugar and salt. Add yeast to warm water. Set aside while mixing flours. Mix oil and yeast into flour mixture. Mix and knead dough. Let dough rise and good place. After 30 minutes punch down dough and divide into 2 pieces. Heat oven to 400' . Roll dough on pizza pan and cook for 5 minutes. Take out of oven. Add pizza sauce , mushrooms sautéed and peppers then add turkey pepperoni then cheese. Put in oven and cook 18-20 minutes. Cool and cut into 8 slices.
