2.0 cup Pumpkin, canned, without salt3.0 cup Granulated Sugar0.5 cup Musselman's Home Style Natural Unsweetened Apple Sauce0.5 cup Canola Oil4.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw3.5 cup Whole Wheat Flour1.0 tsp Baking Soda1.0 tsp Baking Soda1.0 tsp Salt1.0 tbsp Cinnamon, ground3.0 tsp Pumpkin Pie spice1.0 tsp Nutmeg, ground0.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Mix together sugar, eggs, applesauce, and oil. Add in pumpkin puree, mix and set aside.
Mix together dry ingredients and spices.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet alternating with small amounts of water until mixed well.
Add into muffin trays either lined with paper cups or sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes clean when inserted.
