Tuna and tomato pasta bake

1 can Tuna, Canned in Water, drained 0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 400 gram(s) Chopped tomatoes in tomato juice (tinned) (by BIG_SCOTS_LASS) 3 gram(s) Green Chilli Pepper Fresh (by MONKEYNUT1562) 0.5 cup, chopped Sweet peppers (bell) 0.5 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 4 tsp Salt (table) (by CYNDYY1) 200 gram(s) Tesco Fusilli pasta twists - dry weight (by KIRSTY_L) 2 tbsp Pepper, black 4 tsp chilli powder (by CYMRUGIRL1) 4 tsp Thyme, ground 2 serving Cheese, Iceland Mature Grated Cheddar per 10g (by SKIPPY1311) 4 tsp Flora Sunflower Oil (by ELLENTHORNE)
Put 200g of pasta in a pot of water and boil until its cooked enough for you.
Whilst the pasta is boiling get a frying pan and add the oil, onion, carrot, pepper, chilli and all seasoning and spices and fry until soft.
Once fried add the drained tuna and stir so that all the flavourings in in the tuna, then set aside.
Once pasta is to the acquired taste drain and put in a serving bowl, then mix in the tuna mixture and place into an ovenproof dish.
Sprinkle the cheese on top.
Bake in oven until cheese is melted and golden.
Serving Size: Makes 2 servings
