1.5 serving Baked Potatoe - Medium 2 tbsp Canola Oil 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper 6 slice (6-1/4" x 4" x 1/16") Ham, regular (11% fat) 0.25 cup Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded 5 serving Egg white, large
Cook diced potatoes in oil to desired tenderness. Toss in veggies and ham. Scramble egg whites. Finish with cheese. Put on tortilla and enjoy.
