Ingredients
1.5 serving Baked Potatoe - Medium 2 tbsp Canola Oil 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper 6 slice (6-1/4" x 4" x 1/16") Ham, regular (11% fat) 0.25 cup Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded 5 serving Egg white, large
Directions
Cook diced potatoes in oil to desired tenderness. Toss in veggies and ham. Scramble egg whites. Finish with cheese. Put on tortilla and enjoy. Serving Size: 1/3 cup on a flour tortilla
