Thai chicken with pepper and coriander

1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 clove Garlic 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 tbsp Fish Sauce 1 fl oz Lime Juice 2 tsp Pepper, black 20 gram(s) peppers, chilli, red (by ROSCOE01) 16 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast
heat a wok then fry the garlic chilli and onion in the oil for 2 -3 minutes, add the chicken cut into quarter inch strips, cook for 3-4 minutes; add the fish sauce and the roughly ground peppercorns; then add the lime juice with 4 tbsp of hot water. Turn the heat down, cover with a lid ( I used a bamboo steamer lid) and then cook for about 5 minutes or so.
Add a good handful of chopped fresh coriander or basil or both. Enjoy!
