0.50 cup *lentils, great value dried 0.50 cup Chick Peas .50 tbsp Sesame Seeds .50 cup buckwheat flour, organic whole-groat (by BENSON37) 1 tsp Baking Powder .16 serving Pacific Natural Foods Organic Mushroom Broth, 1 cup 1 tsp Salt 1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw .50 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 2 clove Garlic 10 serving Cherry Tomatoes, Fresh, 1 Tomato 1 tsp Oregano, ground 2 tbsp Kal Nutritional Yeast Flakes 1 tbsp Basil

Grind lentils, chick peas, buckwheat, sesame seeds
Mix dry
Mix wet
Mix wet with dry
Bake at 375 for 25 minutes
