0.75 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 1 cup Dairy, Milk - Whole - 1 cup 4.5 serving Cheeses mozarella Kraft finely shredded (1/4 cup) 4 oz hormel pepperoni minis 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Mix together the milk, flour, and eggs. Stir in 3/4 cup of cheese and 3/4 cup of mini pepperoni. Bake for about 25-30 minutes. Top with the remaining pepperoni and cheese and melt the cheese under the broiler for a few minutes, if desired. Nutrition stats will be lower if you leave it off. Serve with a side of pizza sauce.
