Ground Beef Stroganoff--Bills Makeover

24 oz 93% Lean Ground Beef 2 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 cup Beef Broth - Swanson Low Sodium 16 tbsp Daisy Light Sour Cream 6 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce .18 cup Tomato Sauce
Brown Meat on the stove in a large deep frying pan. Add Mushrooms and Onions and cook until soft. Add Beef Broth, Worcestershire, Tomato Sauce and Salt & Pepper to taste. Mix well. Cover and cook for 30 minutes on medium, stirring occasionally. Boil Noodles until done. Add Sour Cream and mix until blended. Serve over noodles. Salt and Pepper to taste. Serve over noodles, spaetzle or rice.
