0.15 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup 1 tbsp Coconut Oil 1 tbsp Olive Oil 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 serving Stevia - Pure Via All Natural Zero Calorie Sweetener 1 tsp Baking Powder 0.2 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Directions
Stir all ingredients thoroughly in the mug, then let it sit for a few seconds. Microwave on high for 1 minute, 25 seconds. Remove with a pot holder, invert, then shake out the muffin. Enjoy!
