Cheesy Taco Taters

Ingredients
6 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw .33 cup Olive Oil 1 pkg Taco Seasoning 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Pepper, black 1 cup Great Value Shredded Colby/Monteray Jack Cheese (by JDDENDY)
Directions
Wash, peel and cut into chunks 6 med. potatoes. In a Baggie, add 1/3 c. Oil, taco seasoning, salt and pepper along with the potatoes.

Bake in a 400° F oven for 40 minutes. Add cheese and continue cooking an additional 10 minutes.
