Ingredients
2 tbsp Chia seeds 2 tbsp Flax Seeds2 tsp Erythritol Sweetener 1/3 cup boiling Water2 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream or full fat canned coconut milk2 tbsp Almond Butter 1/8 tsp Salt
Directions
Mix together the chia seeds, flax seeds, and sweetener. Stir in the boiling water. Cover and let stand for 3 minutes. Then stir in the almond butter, whipping cream and salt. If not warm enough, reheat briefly in the micro wave. Or you could make the cereal in the top of a double boiler if you prefer.
