Ingredients
4.0 serving Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry):2 CUPS12.0 tsp coconut sugar, Madhava" Organic (1 t): 4 TBSP4.0 cup Coconut (toasted) almond milk Califia Farms (8 fluid oz)4.0 serving Del Monte "lite" Sliced Peaches: 2.5 CUPS1.0 dash Salt15.5 Grams Applesauce, unsweetened: 1 TBSP0.5 tbsp Cinnamon, ground
Directions
Spray Slow Cooker Crock. Add all ingredients to large bowl, mix together, pour into slow cooker. Cook on HIGH, 2 HRS., OR Cook on LOW, 4 HRS. Reheat in microwave. Add any desired toppings such as walnuts, pecans, maple syrup, flax seed, etc. Freezes well. ~Enjoy! :)
